Pet Policy

We love hosting furry friends! To ensure we’re prepared for your arrival, please ensure all pets are included in your reservation and the pet fee is processed prior to check-in.
+Only pre-registered pets are permitted on the property.
+We keep a "paws-off" policy for all furniture, including the bed and sofa.
+For the safety of your pet and the peace of our neighbors, pets should not be left unattended in the studio unless they are secured in a crate.

No Parties

Parties are not allowed and please, be aware of quiet hours.

ADDITIONAL RULES

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY:
The number of guests staying at the property must strictly coincide with the number of guests indicated on your confirmed reservation. Under no circumstances may the total number of overnight or daytime guests exceed the stated maximum occupancy. If the number of guests changes, you must update the reservation before arrival and pay any corresponding fee, subject to host approval. Failure to comply with this rule may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund and/or an additional fee.

EXCESSIVELY DIRTY UNITS: We ask that you treat the property with care. If the property is left in a significantly worse condition than usual, an extra cleaning fee may apply. Remember, you are responsible for any damages.

RULES: Please follow our rules to ensure a great experience for everyone. If any non-compliance leads to a refund or discount for the next guest, you may be held responsible for those charges.

Riverwalk

The San Antonio River Walk is a world-renowned urban waterway and cultural park located one story below the busy streets of downtown San Antonio. It features a scenic network of stone paths and bridges that wind along the San Antonio River, connecting major tourist attractions with a vibrant array of shops, restaurants, and historic architecture.

Alamo

The Alamo is a historic Spanish mission and fortress compound that serves as an enduring symbol of Texan liberty and sacrifice. Most famous as the site of the 1836 battle where a small band of defenders held out against the Mexican army, it is now a UNESCO World Heritage Site located in the heart of downtown San Antonio.

Missions

The San Antonio Missions are a group of Spanish colonial frontier missions, including four in the National Historical Park (Concepción, San José, San Juan, Espada) and the Alamo, established in the 1700s by Catholic Franciscans to evangelize natives and claim land for Spain, evolving into self-sustaining communities with unique blended Spanish-Indigenous cultures and architecture, and recognized as an UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Sama

The Pearl
