Provided to you on day of arrival via Airbnb app
Check-in
Our standard check-in is at 4:00 PM. If the home is cleaned and ready for an early check-in, we are more than happy to let you settle in ahead of schedule at no extra cost. If you would like to guarantee a 1:00 PM check-in, we offer this option for a small additional $50 fee. If interested, please let me know prior to the day of your arrival and I'll check if we can make it happen for you!
Door Code
Any time before 10am.
Please make sure to wash any dirty dishes, turn off lights, close windows and lock the door.
No Smoking!
Smoking of any kind (including tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarettes, and vaping) is strictly prohibited both inside the home and anywhere on the exterior grounds (patio, yard, driveway).
No Pets
We love pets but for the comfort and safety of all guests, pets are not allowed in the home.
No Parties
Parties are not allowed and please, be aware of quiet hours.
ADDITIONAL RULES
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY:
The number of guests staying at the property must strictly coincide with the number of guests indicated on your confirmed reservation. Under no circumstances may the total number of overnight or daytime guests exceed the stated maximum occupancy. If the number of guests changes, you must update the reservation before arrival and pay any corresponding fee, subject to host approval. Failure to comply with this rule may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund and/or an additional fee.
EXCESSIVELY DIRTY UNITS: We ask that you treat the property with care. If the property is left in a significantly worse condition than usual, an extra cleaning fee may apply. Remember, you are responsible for any damages.
RULES: Please follow our rules to ensure a great experience for everyone. If any non-compliance leads to a refund or discount for the next guest, you may be held responsible for those charges.
